How to Register

Start by selecting the camps and any add-ons you'd like to purchase, then add them to your cart.

Your initial camp registration and payment reserves your camper's spot, but registration is not complete until the health form is submitted.
Please fill out the health form promptly so we can plan ahead for staffing and camper care.


T-Shirts
To keep camp prices affordable for 2025, t-shirts are no longer included in the registration cost. If your camper would like a 2025 camp shirt, you may purchase one in the shopping cart for $12.All orders must be received by June 13, 2025 to guarantee delivery by camp week.


Overnight Add-On:
We’re offering limited overnight spots this year:

  • 12 spaces for boys and 12 spaces for girls

  • Includes overnight stays on Monday and Tuesday nights

  • Includes light breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings

  • Cost: $50 per camper

  • To reserve a spot, add the overnight option to your cart. A pop-up form will appear where you can enter the name(s) of the camper(s) staying overnight.

Snack Shack Credit

Skip the hassle of sending your camper with cash!
You can now add a $10 or $20 Snack Shack card to your cart and pay with your debit or credit card.

A pop-up form will appear at checkout for you to list the camper name(s) the credit should be applied to.

Please note: The Snack Shack is not a fundraiser. All proceeds go toward our scholarship fund to help more kids attend camp.


Partial Payment Option (50/50 Plan)

Need to split your payment? No problem.
Enter code PAY1/2NOW at checkout to pay 50% now and 50% later.

This is not a discount but a payment plan. Our staff will contact you to arrange your remaining balance, which must be paid by July 1, 2025.

Pay Later Option (20/80 Plan)

To reserve your spot with a 20% deposit, enter code PAYLATER at checkout.
The remaining 80% will be due later. Full payment must be made by July 1, 2025 unless you’ve made a prior arrangement with our staff.

If your registration is not paid in full by July 1st and we have not made a payment plan with you, your reservation may be terminated.

Multi-Child Discount

If you have three or more children from the same immediate family enrolled in day camps, you’re eligible for a $35 discount.
Use the code 3CAMPERS at checkout to apply the savings.

Scholarships

Thanks to generous donors, we have a limited number of scholarships available.
We don’t want cost to be the reason your child misses out on camp.
